Fee Structure for Speaking Engagements:
Speaker fees are based on preparation time, practice time, research and any other activities needed to present a well-planned and presented speech.
Listed below is standard professional training compensation:
Half-Day Facilitation Training $3,000
Full-Day Facilitation Training $4,000
Keynote Presentation $2,500
Any other programs can be negotiated to determine the fee for Hunt Corp Industries LLC speaking engagements.

- Keynote speeches
- Motivational Speeches
- Group Training or Workshops
- Breakout Sessions at Industry Conferences
- Webinars or Other Online Training for Organizations
- Partial-Day, Half-Day & Full-Day Training
- Coaching
- ETC.

Any unauthorized electronic recording made of Hunt Corp Industries LLC’s presentation is prohibited. Recording arrangements must be made through Hunt Corp Industries LLC. |
Method of Payment:
Fifty percent of the speaking fees are due upon signing of the contract, the remainder
to be paid following the last presentation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. If less than 30 days’ notice is provided, 50% of the quoted fee is due unless engagement is rescheduled.

Handouts:
Handouts will be printed for the total number of participants plus 10% so that everyone may get a handout whether they attend a break-out session or not. The cost for all handouts will be included in the final itemization of the expenses. For that reason, it is important to have an up-to-date count of the participants at least three days prior to the scheduled event.
In addition, the following expenses are to be paid:
- Round trip airfare
- Ground transportation to and from the airport
- Hotel accommodations
- A per diem fee of $100 per day (pays for all meals and gratuities)
- Any other expenses required to fulfill the contract (taxi, printing, etc.)
